Part Vash the Stampede, part Lupin, part Spike Spiegel and all physical... This Cobra figure is quite bangin'. Cobra don a removable arm-"skin" to show Cobra's cybernetic arm-laser "Psycho-gun". So don't fluck with him. This figure should drop around July 2009.
